About PAIR Advantage
PAIR Advantage Life Coaching is owned and was founded by Jennifer Weber in 2022. Jennifer started her journey in 2002 when becoming a Corrections Officer at a local jail in Las Vegas and only after 2 years, she started teaching at the jail's academy. In 2006, Jennifer then was promoted to Corrections Sergeant. During this time, Jennifer also obtained her Bachelor's in Criminal Justice at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 2006 and knowing her passion for teaching, she then obtained her Master's in Criminal Justice at UNLV in 2011. Jennifer then retired from the jail and started teaching Criminal Justice at a local Las Vegas college, where she has been teaching for over 10 years. Jennifer is also an active instructor at two local police academies.
Jennifer knew that helping people with their personal and professional goals is what she loves to do and therefore, became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches (IAPRC). Jennifer is now extending what she has been doing for over 10 years, outside the classrooms, and into her life coaching business. Jennifer is excited about this journey and is confident in her abilities to help individuals find the power within them and become their true and best selves.
